We sell consumables. Which means once it's out, it's out. But if something's off, we'll fix it.

1. Returns
We don't accept returns for change of mind (hygiene reasons—you get it).
2. When we will fix it
We've got you if:
- Your product arrived damaged or leaking.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was expired at delivery.
3. What you need to do
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video.
- Email customercare@letsgossipp.com with your order ID.
4. What happens next
If it checks out, we'll:
- Send a replacement, or
- Refund your money to the original payment method.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds take 5–7 business days to show up, depending on your bank or wallet.
6. Cancellations
- Cancel before dispatch—we're good.
- After dispatch—not possible.
7. What we can't cover
- Change of mind.
- Wrong address entered by the customer.
- Minor packaging differences that don't affect the product.
