Current Delivery Coverage
Bengaluru (Phase 1)
We currently deliver across Bengaluru.
Estimated delivery time:
1–3 business days from order confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Expansion to Other Cities
We're gradually expanding our delivery network across India.
As new regions become available, eligible pin codes will automatically appear during checkout.

During launches, sales events, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Serviceability constraints

Address Accuracy

Gossipp cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts:
- The order may be returned to our warehouse.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photographs immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
